How applying works

Three simple steps. We ask you to self-screen first so you don’t pay the $65 fee unless you’re likely to qualify.

    Check if you qualify

    Review our rental standards and use the quick self-check. It takes a minute and tells you what we look for before you pay anything.

  2. 2

    Apply + $65/adult

    Every adult 18+ submits an application and pays a $65 screening fee. If you're approved, it's credited toward move-in; it's non-refundable if you're denied or withdraw.

  3. 3

    Decision within 3 business days

    We screen through RentPrep and aim to return a decision within three business days of a completed application and fee.

Know where you stand before you apply

We publish our rental standards in full so you can self-screen. The headline items: gross income of at least 3× the monthly rent, a credit score of 600 or higher, positive landlord references, and a non-smoking household. A few things are automatic denials — see the full breakdown.
